We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

International shipping will be introduced in the future, and updates will be announced on our website and official communication channels.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are applicable on all orders.

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location.

  • The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available for selected locations, may include an additional handling charge.

Extrapack does not offer free shipping at this time.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner details

You can track your order directly through the courier’s website. If you face any tracking-related issues, please contact us for assistance.


6. Packaging & Handling

All products are securely packed using high-quality protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Each parcel is carefully inspected and sealed before dispatch to ensure safe delivery.


7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Email us at info@extrapackonline.com with your order number.

  • Our team will coordinate with the courier partner to provide updates.

  • In cases where a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

Extrapack will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to incorrect details, additional reshipping charges will apply.


9. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order, please email info@extrapackonline.com with your order number before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible and will be subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
